Chogger allows users to...

  • use your own images; or
  • connect a webcam to Chogger to capture pictures for use in the comic strips.

Once images have been added to the comic strip, users can add effects such as fading and outlining. Users can also customize the look of each frame in their comic strip. Comic strips created in Chogger can have as few as three frames or as many as twelve or more frames.
