More and more learning providers are using video for teaching and learning as well as for evidence; in many cases these videos are stored on their YouTube Channel.
The ways in which learners, practitioners, assessors, verifiers etc., can interact around these YouTube videos have been
the same for too long. It was about time someone devised a system
