I've said many times before but, older learners can be engaged with "safeguarding"/"eSafety" if they are put into the role of protecting younger friends, family, family of friends etc. Those engaged with Family Learning and or Initial Teacher Training must have a responsibility to ensure parents, guardians, carers or new teachers, NQT's etc., are aware of how to keep younger people "safe".
