Paul's Blog entry looks at Twitter, #Tags and Personal Learning Networks; I'm disappointed he didn't mention #wdlih but he has some interesting ideas for formalizing #Tags to enhance communication, between learners, across the globe.

I wonder if they, #Tags, shouldn't be linked to the Dewey Decimal Classification e.g. #694 for Carpentry; #664 for Food Technology; #341 for International Law etc....
